Joel serves as vice president and general manager of Cardinal Health 3PL Services and Packaging Solutions, where he is responsible for overseeing more than 1,000 employees dedicated to supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturers’ logistics needs. This organization provides manufacturers with critical services such as high-touch deliveries, scalable trade, sample distribution models, order-to-cash management, packaging design, serialization, Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) support and real-time reporting solutions.
Joel brings a deep understanding of the unique storage, packaging and handling needs for Specialty pharmaceutical products. He thinks through the customer lens to deliver flawless execution, leading a team with a 99.8% accuracy and on-time delivery rate. He is responsible for managing more than $75 billion in product flow through and over $6 billion in cell and gene therapy gross sales and the processing of more than 20,000 cell and gene therapy orders.
